The opening of 2023 3rd IYAC New York Youth Art Competition, organized by MySLide Corp., in collaboration with GSEF Foundation, Space 776 Gallery (New York), US Senator from New Jersey, and the Mayor of Palisades Park, has been making headlines. 

The competition will be open for submissions from July 3, 2023 (Monday) at 13:00 to September 8, 2023 (Friday) at 23:00. The first-round selected artworks will have the opportunity to participate in an offline exhibition hosted at Space 776 Gallery (New York). In the final round, five ‘Winner’ artworks will be selected for the US Senator from New Jersey Prize, and five 'Gold Medal' artworks will be awarded the Mayor of Palisades Park Prize. 

Especially, Space 776 Gallery is located in the heart of Chelsea, New York, and it is known for offering an exceptional collection of contemporary art. It showcases emerging and established artists working in various mediums, from live multimedia performance art to traditional oil paintings. This gallery has worked with artists worldwide who participate in regional and international art fairs such as Volta New York, Volta Basel, Art Miami, Palm Beach Modern + Contemporary, and Art Busan. Being able to showcase their work in offline exhibitions holds great significance for artists. 

Above all, this competition plans to conduct a thorough and fair evaluation of the submitted artworks through the selected jury members appointed by the organizer. The jury panel includes Professor Choi Soo-hee from Hongik University, writer Lee Bora, and artist Kim Seung-hyun, among others. Their expertise will ensure a transparent and unbiased assessment of the artwork.
